Well if some of these 13 and 14 year old kids would not come out of the house dresss liked they are about 20 then they would not have to worry about mess like that happening. and if any parent in there right mind would not even let a 13 year old go to a party. i know my mom wouldn;t And yes girls these days look older than what they are so u can noty judge them by how they look. she said she was 19 and he belived her bc she prob. looked 18. So now who is to blamw there??? She is bc she lied and he should not be charged with anything. He is innocent and yall know it.

What’s this man’s story? Is he denying the sex, or denying he knew her age? I’m not sure ignorance is an allowed defense, but it probably should be. Assuming the sex occurred, if he knew her age, he should be fully punished. If he should have know her age (i.e. a reasonable person would have), he should be punished. If he truly didn’t have a clue, nor would a reasonable person have a clue, then he shouldn’t be punished.

Bryan Guy is not a rapist.
i now him personally. he is a stable, level-headed guy. i've gone camping with him and everyone has always liked him. he is NOT the kind of person that has sex with underaged preteens. so dont be so quick to judge someone you've never met. innocent until proven guilty people. what if your son was in the situation? or your best friend? or your brother? what side would you be on then?

Bond....1 millon. I read in the paper where a 38 year old man is accused of touching 10 to 11 years olds privates, and his bond was set at 20,000. Man go fiqure or justice system.

There is a 19 yr old guy who just finished his freshmen year in college. He got straight A's both semester and had a 4.0 GPA. He had dreams of going to Med. School, wanted to be a doctor and hopefully find a cure for aids. Well after finals, he decides to go to a party to celebrate the end of the year. While there, he meets up with a smoking hot blonde chick. She says that she is 18 yrs old, a senior in high school. They really hit it off and later that night they decide to go back to his house. Things begin to heat up and one thing leads to another and they end up sleeping with each other. Well a few months later, and after a few sleep overs with each other, she reveals that she is in reality only 13 years old. Well the guy has to stop the relationship, and she gets pissed and tells the police. The next day the guy is locked up in jail facing 20 years in prison.

Now thats not really a happy story, but similar events like this happen every year. Now because of that 13 year old gir

As a 20 yr old man you have to use better judgement. A 13 yr old is still a child regardless of how they present themselves. He is an adult, she is not. Oral sex is sex. I agree the bond is way too high. The girls' parents should be accountable, but so should the man. Some of the logic here makes it seem ok for a 18 yr old to accept oral sex from a 11 yr old, as long as he's a nice guy and she dresses and acts in a sexy manner. I can't agree that type of logic.

I personally know Bryan.. and have known him and his family for quite some time now. I think this is a horrible situation that he is in. He doesnt deserve this. Him and his family have special place in my heart, and I will pray that things turn around for him. This girls parents should have known where this girl was and who she was hanging out with. Girls arent the way they were a long time ago.. makeup can go a long way these days. I remember being 14 and being able to buy cigs.. just because I looked old enough... so don't put all of this on his shoulders..

I went to school with Bryan and as a friend of his, I know there is no way he would ever engage in anything with a girl against her will. I also personally think there is no way he would ever put himself in a situation like this to begin with. He has a good head on his shoulders. A million dollar bond is ridiculous, even for any situation like this in general. A parent should be watching their 13 year old daughter enough to not let a situation like this happen in the first place. Bryan should have enough judgement to know the age of the girl if this actually happened, but the parent should have enough responsibility to keep an eye on someone who is barely even a teenager. If you're raising your little girl to put herself in a situation like this, you shouldn't be raising children at all.

Just so you know his case has a very good fighting chance and his bond dropped down to $20,000. It's too bad some of you won't say "Sorry" when time is due
