Well if some of these 13 and 14 year old kids would not come out of the house dresss liked they are about 20 then they would not have to worry about mess like that happening. and if any parent in there right mind would not even let a 13 year old go to a party. i know my mom wouldn;t And yes girls these days look older than what they are so u can noty judge them by how they look. she said she was 19 and he belived her bc she prob. looked 18. What’s this man’s story? Is he denying the sex, or denying he knew her age? I’m not sure ignorance is an allowed defense, but it probably should be. Assuming the sex occurred, if he knew her age, he should be fully punished. If he should have know her age (i.e. a reasonable person would have), he should be punished. If he truly didn’t have a clue, nor would a reasonable person have a clue, then he shouldn’t be punished.
