GOLDSBORO — It appearsFEMAinspectors will not be visiting flooded homes in Goldsboro, Rocky Mount and Greenville, after all.
The team will review applications for the buyout, but it will not travel to each area, says Senator John Edwards' office.
Goldsboro officials were worried physical inspections would slow down the recovery. Senator Edwards' office says the paper inspections might be able to speed the process.
