Gingerbread Lady,

You haven't really said anything of significance here. By the way you type and spell, I'd guess that you weren't very highly educated.

Why do people like you fail to discuss the real problems in your own communities, instead you just blame "whitey" or say it's because of poverty. You need to fix the problems in your own communities before blaming anyone else.

Rap music and horrible role models like 50 Cent and Snoop Dogg are just one thing that's harming the black community. In fact rap music and that lifestyle is one of the reasons so many young black males are in prison or dead right now. No doubt about it.

Dr. King would turn over in his grave if he knew what's happened to the black community in America, especially in the inner city.

yep, just cry poverty and misfortune and get away with murder.

Gee, Dog, I misspelled a few myself. Must be the effects of poverty on us.

In my earlier comment, I misspelled STATISTICS. Sorry about that.

Let's put all this to rest. If the information I just pulled up is correct, at the end of 2004 there were 3,218 black males per 100,000 in US prisons. Hispanic 1,220 per 100,000. White 463 per 100,000. Type in 2005 NC Prison Statitics if you want a copy. CALL YOUR NEXT CASE
