PERQUIMANS COUNTY, N.C. — Authorities say the driver of a pickup truck involved in a school bus crash that killed four people will be charged.
The state Highway Patrol charged Ruben Fajardo, of Wilson, with four misdemeanor counts of death by motor vehicle and a count of failure to reduce speed.
Fajardo's brother and three others died when the truck crashed into the school bus Monday.
Forty students were onboard. None were seriously hurt.
