Flu Shots Available In Wake County

RALEIGH, N.C. — Wake County will kick off its flu shot clinics starting Monday.

Shots will be available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Wake County's Human Services building at 10 Sunnybrook Road in Raleigh.

Starting next week, flu shots will also be available in Fuquay-Varina and Zebulon.

Flu shots are free for the following patients:

  • Children ages six to 23 months of age.
  • Anyone under 18 considered high risk.
  • Anyone under 18 who lives with someone who is high risk.
  • Pregnant women who do not receive Medicaid.
  • For all others, the cost of flu shots will be $25.
