Man Charged After Woman's Burned Body Found
Whitakers, N.C. — A Louisiana man was arrested Friday and charged with murder after Nash County authorities found a woman's body on fire late Thursday.
The Salem Fire Department responded to a call of a woods fire on Lonesome Pine Road in Whitakers at about 8:30 p.m. Thursday, authorities said. Firefighters found that the fire involved a woman's body, authorities said.
The woman's identity and a cause of death hadn't been determined by Friday evening.
Brizuela Jose de Jesus Madrid, 39, of Gretna, La., was charged with first-degree murder and is being held without bond in the Nash County Jail, authorities said.
Evidence found at the scene was linked to Madrid, and authorities said they believe the woman might have been his girlfriend.
Madrid left Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina but wasn't living in Nash County, authorities said. He most recently was living in a Newport News, Va., motel, they said.

Yes, domestic violence is terrible. In this case, as others have stated, the murder may have been prevented if the illegal alien was deported or prevented from invading our country in the first place.
To answer your questions about Americans filling up our prisons, you may be surprised to know:
According to an April 7th, 2005 General Accounting Office (GAO) study entitled, “Information on Criminal Aliens Incarcerated in Federal and State Prisons and Local Jails” [Report # GAO-05-337R] prepared for the Congressional Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security, and Claims:
“27% of the total population in all U.S. prison systems (including city, county, state and federal) is composed of criminal aliens.”
Given that illegal aliens represent less than 5% of the population, they comprise 27% of our prison population as is the fastest growing segment of that population. So, I wouldn't exactly say our prisons are filled up with Americans.

No one said it didn't matter. A murder is a murder is a murder regardless of who or how it happened but what I am saying is people need to stop blaming it on the fact of where someone is from or what someone has been raised around or the environment that we live in. DV is not prejudice just like any other crime. It can happen to anyone anytime. These perpertrators are the ones that make the choice to kill and they are the only person to blame for their crime. It is all about choices and that is their choice, not society's. How many Americans are murderers? Is it not true that if you are an illegal alien, in most cases, you are extradited back to your country of origin? Well how come our prisons are full of American murderers?

If you are going to bring statistics into it, how about the statistic that the "war" at home costs us more lives each year that we have lost in Iraq! The fact is that approximately 4,400 AMERICANS are murdered each year by illegal aliens. Another fact is that 4,700 AMERICANS are killed by illegal aliens who are driving drunk.
Another fact, there are about 240,000 illegal alien sex offenders here who have had an average of four victims each.
Still think it doesn't matter?!?! Time to stop pretending...
