RALEIGH, N.C. — Two people accused of vandalizing the state GOP headquarters last year have reached a deal with prosecutors.
Vanessa Zuloaga and David Hensley agreed to plead guilty to felony inciting to riot.
In exchange for the guilty pleas, they will not serve any time in prison.
Police said the two were part of a group that tried to burn down the GOP headquarters last November.
