WELDON, N.C. — A state audit of the financial practices at Halifax Community College has been turned over to the college's Board of Trustees.
The report covers spending practices by suspended President Ted Gasper, the Board of Trustees and the college.
The trustees are expected to release the findings of the audit in a special meeting next week.
