RALEIGH, N.C. — Another court appearance is scheduled Tuesday for a Durham man accused of killing his wife and dumping her body in Falls Lake.
Robert Petrick will be in court for pre-trial motions.
Petrick is accused of killing his wife, Janine Sutphen, more than two years ago. He is representing himself in court.
Petrick's trial is expected to start in late October.
