ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C. — Plans keep growing for a new theater and entertainment complex off of I-95 in Roanoke Rapids.
Randy Parton, Dolly Parton's brother, is developing the site.
Plans now include four music theatres, five hotels and 200,000 feet of retail space.
Construction of the projects will lead to the creation of 3,000 jobs.
Dolly Parton will be in Roanoke Rapids in November to kick off the project.
