One Dead, One Injured In Fayetteville Accident

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Authorities are investigating a deadly two-car collision in Fayetteville.
The accident happened around 11:20 p.m. Monday on Faison Avenue.
Police say 25-year-old Marrell Rucks was thrown from his Ford Mustang and died at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle, 32-year-old Clarence Wright, was seriously injured and transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
The accident is still under investigation by the Fayetteville Police Department's Traffic Unit.
