<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A 14-year-old girl was shot in the stomach Friday night in Raleigh and taken to the hospital, police said.

Police said the girl was shot at about 10:30 p.m. Friday on Great Laurel Drive, and they have a suspect in custody.

The name of the girl has not been released. Police said her injuries did not appear to be life threatening.
