PERSON COUNTY, N.C. — Police made a fourth arrest in a Person County robbery attempt that ended with a toddler shot to death.
Shidee Talley, 21, is charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary. Investigators say Talley led Robert Lyon, Floyd Mims and Terrell Calloway to the home.
Lyon, Mims and Calloway are all charged in the death of 22-month-old Shyheim Paylor. The child was shot while in his father's arms.
Talley is being held under $5 million bond.
