<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — Investigators arrested a third person in connection with the shooting death of a toddler in Person County.

Around 6 a.m. Monday, police picked up 18-year-old Robert Lyon.

, 19, was arrested behind a grocery store on Guess Road in Durham in connection with the shooting. Police also arrested

All three are charged with first-degree murder. They are currently in the Person County Jail.

All are charged with first-degree murder in the death of 22-month-old Shyheim Paylor. The toddler was shot in the head Aug. 16 while in his father's arms. Paylor's father was also shot, but survived.

Family members are working on funeral arrangements.
