RALEIGH, N.C. — The father of a dead Four Oaks woman hopes a $1,000 reward will help solve his daughter's death.
April Lynn Messer's body was found in the Neuse River last year, but her family does not believe she went into the river voluntarily.
An autopsy revealed the mother of two died from a cocaine overdose.
