DURHAM — A young Durham mother found dead in her home in April was pregnant, according to an autopsy just released.
Authorities found Janet Abaroa, 25, stabbed to death in her home.
Abaroa had a 6-month-old son, Kaiden, who was also in the home at the time of her death; he was not hurt.
Raven Abaroa, the victim's husband, called police and told them his wife had been injured.
Police have not made any arrests, but say the murder was not random.
Investigators have been looking through the couple's e-mail accounts to see if there is any information that can lead them to an arrest.
