No Charges Filed In Car Wreck That Killed Teen, Injured Three

Posted Updated

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — No one will face charges in a car accident that killed a Fayetteville teen-ager last month.

Andrew Collins lost control of his car on Ramsey Street in July.

He swerved into oncoming traffic and hit another driver head-on.

Collins died in the accident, and three other people were injured.

Police said they suspected that Collins was racing another driver, but they could not prove the theory.
