JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C. — Big-city problems are popping up in Johnston County.
Workers with the Parks and Recreation Department found graffiti at Community Park in Smithfield. Police say it could be gang-related.
City crews plan to install surveillance cameras in the coming weeks.
Johnston County Sheriff Steve Bizzell said the department is starting to see more tagging and signs of gangs across the county.
