Posted August 1, 2005
WILSON, N.C. — A Wilson man accused of killing his wife and stepson apparently wants to talk about the case.
The Wilson Daily Times received a letter from whom they believe is Bill Raper.
, the author said he loved the two people he is accused of killing, but outlines trouble he had with the victims.
Police say Raper drove his truck into his home last October, and then got out and stabbed his wife and stepson to death.
A trial date still has not been set in the case.
