Jury Seated In NCSU Tailgate Shooting Trial

RALEIGH, N.C. — The jury is complete in the trial of a man accused of killing two people at an N.C. State tailgating party.
Timothy Johnson and his brother, Tony, are charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of Kevin McCann and Brett Harman last fall. They could face the death penalty if convicted.
Timothy Johnson is being tried first.
On Thursday, attorneys picked the final two alternate jurors. Opening statements are set to begin Monday.
