RALEIGH, N.C. — Another paramedic stripped of his license for mistakenly declaring a man dead is on track to get his credentials back.
Paul Kilmer reached an agreement with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
As part of the agreement, Kilmer will have to undergo extensive training to be reinstated.
Kilmer was the lead paramedic the night Larry Donnell Green was mistakenly declared dead after being hit by a car.
A judge ruled Friday that the other paramedic whose license was stripped will get it back pending a state decision.
