CARY, N.C. — More than a hundred Wake County children got a full day of tennis instruction at the Cary Tennis Center on Saturday.
The 100-Love Tennis Program, sponsored in part by the
Cary Tennis Association
, serves children who might not otherwise have a chance to be introduced to the sport.
In addition to the day of lessons, each child received a free racquet and a can of tennis balls.
Ten players also received scholarships for lessons to be taught at the Cary Tennis Center.
