<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A former Zebulon lawyer facing embezzlement charges is expected to enter a plea.

Jonathan Koffa was disbarred in April. He was indicted on federal charges related to allegedly embezzling nearly $500,000 from his clients.

Koffa will appear in federal court in August. He also faces charges in Wake County.
