DURHAM, N.C. — The Durham Police Department issued an arrest warrant for 34-year-old Charles Everette Hightower, who is wanted in connection with the deadly shooting of a 30-year-old man Saturday night.
Shortly after midnight Saturday, police officers arrived at a house on Farthing Street after receiving a 911 call.
Inside the house, officers found that Ralph Joseph had been shot to death.
Police arrested Valehia Williams Saturday and charged the 21-year-old with Joseph's murder.
Hightower also faces murder charges.
