ACLU May Consider Legal Action Toward Knightdale Teen Curfew

KNIGHTDALE, N.C. — The American Civil Liberties Union may challenge Knightdale's teen curfew in court.

Town leaders claim the curfew is necessary to fight a recent increase in gang-related activity.

Kids under 18 have to be home by 9 p.m. They are also not allowed to gather in groups of more than four.
