RALEIGH, N.C. — Police say a freshman football player at North Carolina State University has fallen victim to crime for the second time in less than a month.
Police said thieves stole valuables from Quentin Brown's new apartment.
Last month, three men robbed Brown at gunpoint outside his dorm on Hillsborough Street. When one of the suspects' guns went off, a bullet grazed Brown's arm.
Police arrested Rasheed Muslim and Isiah Robinson in connection with that robbery. They say a third suspect, Justin Waddell, is still on the run.
