<b>HENDERSON, N.C.</b> — The city of Henderson is blaming a computer glitch for a mistake in customers' water bills.

City Manager Eric Williams said about 3,000 customers received bills reflecting old utility charges and balances.

Williams said customers should receive a corrected bill in the mail later this week.
