CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — A man barricaded himself inside his Chapel Hill apartment for 12 hours and refused to come out.
Police surrounded a building at Pinegate Apartments Tuesday.
Tyree Taylor was wanted on a series of charges, including breaking and entering and assault.
Ultimately, police persuaded him to surrender.
