Durham, N.C. — Durham police are investigating a collision Saturday morning that killed one man and injured another driver.
The wreck occurred around 4:45 a.m. on Miami Boulevard when a southbound vehicle driven by Craig Owens, 36, of Durham crossed the double yellow line and collided with a northbound vehicle driven by Marina Ochoa, 26, of Durham, Durham police officials said.
Owens was pronounced dead at the scene. Ochoa was taken to Duke Hospital for treatment of arm and foot injuries.
