HARNETT COUNTY, N.C. — Authorities have charged a man for the slaying of a Harnett County woman.
Sarah Kersey, 24, died June 8 as a result of strangulation at her Broadway home.
Investigators have charged 24-year-old Victor Tabon with first-degree murder.
Tabon was already in the Harnett County Jail on unrelated charges. He is being held without bond.
