RALEIGH, N.C. — A grand jury has indicted three teens in the murder of a retired Raleigh teacher.
Police say Ezaviar Allen, Cameron Morris and Marvin Johnson shot Shirley Newkirk in her car during a robbery on April 28.
Newkirk was on her way to a daily walk with friends when she was shot.
All three teens are being held without bond.
The grand jury indicted each on a murder, attempted murder and robbery charge.
