WILSON, N.C. — Two members of the Wilson Jaycees face fraud charges.

James Lindsey and James Pridgen are accused of submitting false applications for alcohol permits.

Police said the men claimed they needed permits for two fundraising events for the Jaycees.

Board members of the Wilson Jaycees said the two events in question had nothing to do with the Jaycees.

Both men are expected to appear in court Monday.
