<b>HARNETT COUNTY, N.C.</b> — A Harnett County man pleaded guilty in a drunken-driving car crash that killed a teenager.

Dustin Yeary was 19 when he got behind the wheel with a blood-alcohol level nearly twice the legal limit.

Authorities say Yeary flipped his sport utility vehicle seven times.

The accident killed his passenger, 17-year-old Matthew Allen.

Yeary pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and a number of other charges.

He will spend at least nine years in prison.
