Police Arrest Suspect In Durham Bank Robbery

DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police are investigating a Tuesday morning robbery at a Durham bank.

Police said 50-year-old Robert Kenneth Marino robbed First Citizens Bank at 3200 Hillsborough Road shortly before 11 a.m. No one was injured.

He was last seen running behind the bank toward Hillandale Golf Course, police said.

Marino is also wanted on charges from Orange County and Durham County for incidents over the past two days. He is known to frequent several areas in Durham and Hillsborough.
