JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C. — A prison guard will spend at least three years on the other side of the bars for giving drugs to prisoners.
Christopher Melton worked at the Johnston Correctional Center.
Investigators say he had $17,000 worth of marijuana and cocaine on him when he was arrested.
