Raleigh police is asking for the public's help in identifying a man suspected of cashing stolen checks.
Authorities said someone using the name, William James, cashed two checks on Dec. 22 that had been stolen in a burglary. Police said the burglary occurred approximately 24 hours before James cashed the checks.
The man was last seen wearing a hooded University of Michigan sweatshirt and a Detroit Tigers baseball cap.
