RALEIGH, N.C. — A Roxboro judge is officially off the bench.
The North Carolina Supreme Court removed part-time district court judge Pattie Harrison for health reasons and for making up claims that rival judges and lawyers wanted her dead.
Harrison made the allegations a month before the November 2002 election, which she lost.
