Carolina Hurricanes' Jeff O'Neill In Court For DUI Allegations

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — Carolina Hurricanes' forward Jeff O'Neill is in Raleigh Friday for a court apperance to face drunken driving charges.

A Raleigh police officer pulled him over in March 2005 when he failed to stop at a stop sign.

Court papers show O'Neill refused to take a Breathalyzer.

In 1998, O'Neill was previously charged with drunken driving, but was later found not guilty.
