CLAYTON, N.C. — An ambulance ended up in the middle of an emergency Tuesday afternoon.
The ambulance crashed with another vehicle on Highway 70 at Moore Street in Clayton.
Three people were taken to area hospitals. Their names and conditions haven't been released.
There's no word on what caused the wreck.
