FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Cumberland County authorities need your help to find a missing man.
For the past 30 years, Earl Wayne Wilcox, 70, of Binghamton, New York, has come to Fayetteville to play golf with a group of friends. However, Wilcox failed to meet his golf partners Monday afternoon at Cypress Lakes Golf Course.
Witnesses said they believe Wilcox may have become lost after dropping off a friend at another golf course in the county and tried to make his way back to familiar surroundings.
Wilcox was last seen driving a four-door, blue 2001 Volkswagen Passat with New York license plate
