Wake Commissioners Put Off Proposed Library Plan

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — Wake County Commissioners have put off a plan indefinitely for a proposed library in downtown Raleigh.

Instead of a new library at Cameron Village, library officials say they need funding for books and furniture. That money is to cover $2 million in construction overruns at other branches.
