DURHAM, N.C. — There is new information about the murder of a young Durham mother.
Police say Janet Abaroa was stabbed to death. The 25-year-old was found dead in her home last week.
Investigators found Abaroa's body in a bedroom of the couple's house on Ferrand Drive.
Authorities are saying little about the case, but they do not believe the slaying was random.
