GOLDSBORO, N.C. — Three people have been charged with breaking into a Wayne County business.

On Wednesday, deputies arrested Regina Herring, 40, of Goldsboro; Carmin Melvin, 25, of Dudley; and Jackie Sutton, 34, of Goldsboro.

Investigators say the trio stole furniture from Grace Homes on Highway 70 East in LaGrange.

All three defendants have been charged with felony breaking, entering and larceny and possession of stolen goods.

Deputies said Sutton broke into the same business in the past. He has also been charged with one additional felony breaking, entering and larceny and possession of stolen goods from a previous crime at the same business.

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office is still investigating.
