Glenwood Avenue and Westgate Road

Department of Transportation engineers changed the timing on a light that guides drivers from Glenwood onto Westgate near RDU International Airport.
Instead of a series of green lights, drivers now turn into a red light.
Drivers say they're surprised and confused by the signal pattern.
The DOT says crews will investigate the intersection.
