DURHAM, N.C. — The city of Durham has received a tall honor.
It was named "Tree City USA" by the National Arbor Day Foundation.
Durham was recognized for, among other things, its tree care ordinance and comprehensive community forestry program.
It is the 22nd year the Bull City has received the national recognition.
