Teacher Accused Of Assaulting Student Will Not Face Charges

Posted Updated

GARNER, N.C. — A middle school teacher accused of assaulting a student will not face charges, says Garner police.

Officers investigated Steven Koller for using excessive force with a rowdy student. In March, he was suspended with pay from his job at North Garner Middle School.

The school system will review the case before determining if Koller will get to keep his job.
