Appeals Court Hears Arguments In Fayetteville Annexation Case

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — One of the biggest annexation fights in the central North Carolina region landed in the state court of appeals Wednesday.

The Court heard on Wednesday from a group that's challenging Fayetteville's annexation plan.

The city wants to annex 42,000 people.

Since last summer, the annexation's been on hold because of several court challenges.
