RALEIGH, N.C. — It took a jury less than two hours Tuesday to find Tony Johnson guilty of a Raleigh home invasion in August 2004.

Johnson is also charged with murder in the September slayings of two men at an North Carolina State tailgating party. His brother, Timothy Johnson, is also charged in the shooting.

Tony Johnson is scheduled to go on trial for the murders in October.

Prosecutors will use his felony conviction to argue for the death penalty during the murder trial.
