More Than 30 Charged In Wake County Undercover Sting

RALEIGH, N.C. — An undercover sting by the Raleigh Police Department and Wake County Sheriff's Office has resulted in more than 161 charges.

Deputies say suspects used Oak City Traders, trading post near Capital Boulevard, to unload stolen goods.

The storefront is now closed. So far, 33 people in Wake, Durham and Franklin counties have been charged, but not all of them are in custody.
