The Biden administration issued final rules Wednesday to require airlines to issue cash refunds for things like delayed flights automatically and to disclose better fees for baggage or canceling a reservation. The new rules will take effect over the next two years.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — Raleigh police are investigating two fatal shootings that happened late Thursday night.

The first happened on Peach Road about 10:30 Thursday night.

Police said two men were arguing inside a home when Godofredo Sanchez shot a man.

They are looking for Sanchez this morning.

The other slaying happened near downtown about 11:30 p.m.

Police found the victim, Clyde Bunch, on Tarboro Street.  Investigators say he knew the shooting suspect, Kevin Sorrell.

As of Friday morning, police are looking for suspects in both slayings.
